Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in the hospitality industry. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks for two different bar/restaurants. This is a vital role in our organization, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks and
- Prepare daily journal entries to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial information
- Oversee Accounts Payable
- Assist with tax preparation and filing
- Collaborate with other departments to clarify classification questions
- Generate monthly manager reports
- Complete reconciliation of accounts
- Input interdepartmental transfer data and record results

Skills:
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Experience with account analysis and reconciliation
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong analytical skills for financial report composition
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- 10-key typing skills for efficient data entry

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
